Research and Reproductions
We accept requests and orders by mail or e-mail. All fees must be paid in USD in advance, by money order or credit card; Mastercard, Visa, or Discover Card only. Please make requests as specific as possible, providing copies of related information you already have to avoid duplication.

Most Research Requests can be answered in four weeks. Rush requests are possible (one week Response) at double the normal fee.

A researcher will compile information from multiple sources for multiple topics such as family history, house history, or product research. Additional shipping and handling fees may apply.

Archive Appointment Fee
With advance appointment, the Archives can be opened to an individual for research on an hourly basis.

Photocopies, Documents, and Scans
All materials in the Racine Heritage Museum Archives/Research Center are the property of the Racine County Historical Society and Museum Inc., DBA Racine Heritage Museum, who holds copyright to them.
Documents and photographs can be reproduced through photocopy or scanning. These reproductions may not be available the day they are requested. Fees apply; see below. All fees are subject to change.

Any photo search conducted by RHM staff is subject to standard hourly research fees.
Use and License Fees apply whenever any image, document, or reproduction from the Racine Heritage Museum Archives/Research Center will be published or reproduced for public access. Credit must be given to the Racine Heritage Museum, by including the line: Racine Heritage Museum Collection.
These fees are as of March 2012 and are determined as each request is made. Fees are subject to change at anytime. A Use and License Fee Schedule is available upon request.
